At the reception in the center building, you can get good ideas for experiences in the area, and get help if you have questions about the holiday home.

Of course, you can also buy "survival equipment" such as toothpaste, toilet paper,

shampoo etc. 

It is also at the reception that you can borrow several keys (max. 2 per house), rent bed linen, buy firewood, order treatments in the wellness and table in the restaurant.

If, contrary to expectations, there is something in the holiday home that does not live up to your expectations - then contact the reception immediately so we can rectify it.

The holiday will be best for all parties when mutual consideration is shown during the stay.

Remember that you are not alone at the resort and that there should be peace after 11pm (closed windows and not loud music).

All holiday homes are privately owned, so if you rent several houses, you must not exchange furniture, plates, etc. During your stay, you are also subject to the rental conditions, which can be found at any time on Enjoy Resort's website:

Be sure to lock the holiday home when you are not in it. If you have valuables with you, we recommend that you take them with you or place them so that they cannot be seen from the outside.

If you are in a holiday home where you are allowed to bring pets, be sure to keep them out of furniture, and remember to ventilate and take care of your pets' leftovers.

Waste must be placed in the waste containers at the environmental stations. Do not leave the waste outside as it attracts birds and rodents. Please bring it to the nearby environmental stations immediately or keep it indoors. This is very important to counteract pests at Enjoy Resorts.

Please park in parking lots by the houses or the main building so that our grass stays beautiful and green.

The resort and houses are located in a scenic area, but ducks and other wildlife are not allowed to be fed.

Internet: 

There is free WiFi internet in the holiday homes. In the 1½-plan holiday homes, the codes are on the router by the electrical cabinet under the stairs. In the 1-level holiday homes, the codes are on the television or hanging on the notice board.

Access to wellness, swimming pool and fitness is included in your stay.

Be prepared to state the house number and that you only have access with an electronic access card / bracelet in

opening hours.

The wellness area is a quiet area where you have time for contemplation and relaxation. At times when children under the age of 14 have access to wellness, this should be done in relaxed peace. Do not play or have long conversations in the wellness area - it can take place in the swimming pool upstairs.

Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the swimming pool without adult supervision. Remember a tikrone or a pole for the closet in the dressing room.

Fitness is open to anyone over the age of 16.

Unless otherwise agreed, you must leave the property no later than 11 am on the day of departure.

Upon departure, please put furniture in place, make sure that the dishes are done and that the dishwasher is emptied.

If you have rented bed linen from us, please take it off and put it in the hallway.

If you have used the stove, it must be emptied of ash, which should be placed in the ashtray.

Remember to drop off rubbish at the environmental station and lock the holiday home before you go to the reception to settle.

At the reception, you settle the consumption taxes, which are read electronically.

Remember to hand in keys and other borrowed effects.

We naturally believe that you have had a good stay with us. But remember to fill out our questionnaire and feel free to share your experiences on social media.

If you unexpectedly had a bad stay with us, send a complaint to our customer service manager. That way we can learn from it and deal with it directly.
