In the resort's restaurant, all guests feel at home and welcome. In fact, the restaurant is a favorite dining spot for local residents of Gråsten. For lunch or dinner, dishes are served based on fresh and regional ingredients that follow the seasons. The beautiful restaurant, which overlooks Nybøl Nor and Gråsten Harbor, is particularly known for its delicious buffet, where serving in small bowls allows guests to sample most of the offerings. The repertoire also includes a luxury brunch (2026 dates to be announced later). You are welcome in the restaurant, whether you are just coming to enjoy an Aperol Spritz on the terrace, dining as a couple, or cozying up with the whole family.
